I made these for the Fourth of July but they can be for any summer party! Substitute fruit juice for the Prosecco, if you are preparing these for the kiddies. They were so delicious.

I made these for the Fourth of July but they can be for any summer party! They can also be made with juice for the kiddies. They were so delicious.

Equipment

  • 1 Popsicle Mold

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Favorite Berries
  • 750 ml Prosecco or fruit juice, for non-alcoholic version

Instructions
 

  • Fill molds with berries. Add your favorite berries to the popsicle molds. You can slice them for a better fit and distribution.
    1 cup Favorite Berries
  • Pour in Prosecco. Slowly pour Prosecco into each mold, leaving a little space at the top to allow for expansion when freezing.
    750 ml Prosecco
  • Add popsicle sticks. Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds.
  • Freeze. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
