Hi, I’m Amanda!

I specialize in women’s health, hormones and gut function. I look at the woman as a whole: what are her values, what is her life like, what does she eat, how is her gut health, what does she do for self care, how is she sleeping, how is her stress, how is her mind/body connection? I do detailed hormone and gut testing to get to the root cause of what is causing YOUR symptoms and work with you to help develop long term sustainable lifestyle changes as it relates to nutrition and health. I also use herbs, botanicals and supplements as necessary for additional support and healing.

Throughout my life, I have learned that focusing on what you can add to your plate, rather than what you can take away, is the key to a long term, sustainable lifestyle! Everybody is different and as such, all recommendations are personalized for you! I am here to hold space and to help heal, support and empower you on your health journey!

My goal is to empower you to listen to your body and support you along your journey!
